Documents Required for Singapore Visa for Indians

Following  documents are required to proceess the visa application.

• Original Passport with the validity for 6 months from the intended date of arrival in Singapore.
• 2 Recently clicked photograph with the specification 35x45mm, white background, 80% face coverage, matt finished. (Notes:-Kindly don’t wear white color shirt and Kindly mention Applicant’s Name & Passport Number behind each photograph).
• Visa application form (14A) should be filled thoroughly and signatures should be done with the same ink. (Attached).
• A Personal Covering letter (Intended/Confirmed Travel Date, Number of passengers travelling together along with the Applicant’s Name as per Passport & Passport Number, Duration of Stay, Main Applicant’s Email Id and Contact Number, Details of last visits to Singapore – If Any). (Attached).
• Ticket Copy
• Confirm hotel voucher.
• Occupation proof :- (If employed, proof such as Salary Slips for last 3 months, Employee Identity Card, If Self-employed, proof such as Covering letter on the Business Letter, Company Registration Copy, , Visiting Card (Name & Contact number mentioned on it).
• Updated bank statement for last 3 months with 60,000 balance per person.
• If applicant is minor travelling with the parents, signature of both the parent is required on the application form, If applicant is minor travelling with single parent, a NOC letter from another parent is required with the signature and the relationship proof attached.
• Application form should be filled thoroughly and signatures should be done with the same ink.
• Form V39 A filled through the Invitee (If the host is inviting from Singapore)
• Copy of Singapore Pass/Employment Pass (If the host is inviting from Singapore)

• Visa fees to be made at the time of giving documents for processing. All Visa fees is subject to change without prior notice. In case of Visa refusal Visa fees and service charge are nonrefundable.
• The processing time provided by any embassy or consulate is for guidance only and may vary depending on individual cases. It is entirely at the discretion of the embassy. Mycozytrip will not responsible of loss of tickets, hotel or package tour pre booked by the applicant in case of delay in Visa decision by the embassy.
• Mycozytrip is not responsible for any Visa refusal or delay in process, final decision will be of Embassy. We are Travel agent to facilitate in process visa application while collecting Visa fees and service provider fees and is liable to make payment to the third party.
• Mycozytrip cannot be held liable for any claims occurring out of medical insurance. Requests related to the Insurance claim have to be directed to the Insurance Company only.
