Documents Required for Malaysia Visa for Indians

Following are the documents are required to process the visa application

• Studio quality Photo 35 x 45 MM colored recent clicked with white background without smile. (JPG only) - attached
• Confirmed return Air ticket. (PDF only) - attached
• Confirmed Hotel voucher. (PDF only) - attached
• Last 03 months personal bank statement. (PDF only) - attached
• Fully Vaccinated COVID Certificate. (PDF only) - attached
• Birth certificate for below 18 years of applicant. (PDF only) - attached

• Visa approval/rejection is at the sole discretion of the Embassies/consulate, Mycozytrip shall not be held responsible in any case. The Consulate also holds the application for more than processing time without any explanation.

• Visa fees to be made at the time of giving documents for processing. All Visa fees is subject to change without prior notice. In case of Visa refusal Visa fees and service charge are nonrefundable.
• The processing time provided by any embassy or consulate is for guidance only and may vary depending on individual cases. It is entirely at the discretion of the embassy. Mycozytrip will not responsible of loss of tickets, hotel or package tour pre booked by the applicant in case of delay in Visa decision by the embassy.
• Mycozytrip is not responsible for any Visa refusal or delay in process, final decision will be of Embassy. We are Travel agent to facilitate in process visa application while collecting Visa fees and service provider fees and is liable to make payment to the third party.
• Mycozytrip cannot be held liable for any claims occurring out of medical insurance. Requests related to the Insurance claim have to be directed to the Insurance Company only.
