• Hotel Voucher
• Confirm air ticket
• Forex receipt of USD 700 per passenger

• Credit card copy with 3 months statement

                                    or

• 6 months original  personal bank statement of INR 40,000 per adults

• Additional documents, information may be requested from Embassies/High Commission after submission of visa application or may be called for interview by particular embassy. For Schengen/UK/USA and many other countries Visa applicants have to in person for submission of application.

• Visa fees to be made at the time of giving documents for processing. All Visa fees is subject to change without prior notice. In case of Visa refusal Visa fees and service charge are nonrefundable.
• Processing time provided by any embassy/consulate is for reference only; it may vary from case to case and is strictly at the discretion of the embassy. Mycozytrip  will not responsible of loss of tickets, hotel or package tour pre booked by the applicant in case of delay in Visa decision by the embassy.
• Mycozytrip is not responsible for any Visa refusal or delay in process, final decision will be of Embassy. We are Travel agent to facilitate in processing visa while collecting Visa fees and service provider fees and is liable to make payment to the third party.
