Other tourist places in Kasol include Gurudwara Manikaran Sahib, which would require you to travel a further 30 odd km from Kasol. While the streets of Kasol are flocked by travellers, the banks of Parvati will offer you the peace and solitude you need. 

 

A small village, when in Kasol, you would be able to walk across the village in just a couple of hours. The village is separated into two parts by a hanging bridge -- Old Kasol and New Kasol. How to reach Kasol

Kasol is nestled deep in the Parvati valley along the banks of River Parvati. Easily accessible, Kasol lies between Bhuntar and Manikaran. If you are wondering how to reach Kasol, you can do it easily by your preferred means of travel.
 

By air: The nearest airport to Kasol is Bhuntar. You can find daily flights to and from Delhi. From Bhuntar, you can either take a cab or bus to easily reach Kasol, which is roughly 31 km from Bhuntar. 

 

By train: If you wish to reach Kasol by train, the nearest railway station would be Joginder Nagar, which is roughly 140 km away from Kasol. You can take a bus or book a cab to reach Kasol. Travellers visiting Kasol by train also prefer Chandigarh as their drop point because of better rail connectivity at Chandigarh. You can easily find buses for Bhuntar from Chandigarh. 


By road: Although Kasol is well connected via all means, the best way to reach Kasol is by road. Take the Delhi-Manali picturesque highway till Bhuntar and then take the exit for Kasol. The road takes you through some of the most amazing and picturesque sights in Himachal Pradesh.
